The main issue that I have with the game, is that I cannot get any support in order to report problems in the game. I go to where I am suppose to report a problem, but it asks for a Game ID. It explains where to find it, but it is nowhere to be found. I cannot send a report without this ID. I cannot find friends on Facebook. It shows that I am signed-in, but I have no friends listed. Please tell me what the problem is. Without friends, I get no keys to open my chests. I have lost so many chests because I do not have keys. I cannot get keys because I cannot get friends, and I cannot report the issue because of the Support issue. I am not about to spend 3 gold every time that I want to open a chest. I feel like the game has cheated me out of so much. I get rewards, but they come in a chest, which I cannot open!!!!! Good grief!!! Starting right here at this point, I have just updated your game do, I am adding to my review. You have ruined the game. You took away my gardens and my orchards. You took away the original vineyards, and now I cannot even put a vineyard in that location without cutting down more trees because the vertical vineyard is no longer available. Also, what happened to the worker that cuts down trees? I no longer get him at the loading point building like I did before. You gave us new land, but I cannot put anything there. It will not let me put anything there. I cannot contact the company because it requires a game ID number, but it is nowhere to be found.

You need to have FaceBook friends to play this game, but the game will not allow you to add them which makes the game unplayable. I will check back in a week to see if this bug is corrected. If not then Im deleting the game.

Use to play this game all the time but last month I open my game to find my dynasty was gone. Would really like to see some form of cloud save or something. I really liked this game.

This game cant be played without Facebook or spending real money. No thanks!

Not a bad farming/city builder game. Could use more tutorials/guides. Requires too many tools and workers for simple tasks like cutting down a tree. The old-fashioned look of the game is really great and enjoyable to look at.

The game is okay overall. The graphics are really nice, but doing simple tasks costs a lot. I would wait until the game is a bit more polished, so just 3 stars.

This game has potential. But requires way too many workers and gold. Would have awesome. Unfortunately they only want money from people too.

Crashes on ios9 on iPhone but then what doesnt crash on ios9 on iPhone kinda hard to play on iPhone.

Graphics great but its hard to complete tasks without friends. I dont like that the only way you can get help is through Facebook. What if you are not on Facebook? Another way of gaining workers without spending money should be accessible then I will raise the rating.

All my buildings and trees and other thing are in the water it like everything was moved sideways

So I was really into the game at first and I was building my buildings and then I set it up to my facebook account and when I clicked to set it up it shut down so I was like okay maybe its just my phone acting stupid again so I restarted the app again and it worked fine and then I noticed that none of my friends are on there even though its set up to my facebook so I was like okay whatever so then I tried visiting that girls place and it keeps shutting the app down so I tried restarting my phone and it still does it Ive done this 3 or 4 times(restarting my phone that is) and I dont think its my phone it wont let me go to anybody elses place it just shuts down the app. So Im pretty aggravated. Ugh.

I like the game. But it needs to be patched and updated. It constantly crashes on the latest apple update. It makes it very hard to enjoy. Also, there needs to be a method of getting free coins and such. Instead of having to buy them or VERY slowly earn them. You practically cant get anywhere in the game without having to spend money on gold coins. The only way to get around that, is to bother people on Facebook who will never help you. So, obviously there needs to be a way to earn free coins. And also for the game to be patched to the requirements of the latest Apple update.

First off I want to say that overall I do enjoy the concept of the game. The graphics are nice and the games helps you out with instructions very well. Now on to what frustrates me, 1. You cannot progress through the game with out either spending a bunch of money on gold or having a ton of Facebook friends to play with. It would be nice if they made it able to become friends with others that play the game on its own game server like a lot of other games I play. 2. I should have to spend gold to cut trees down or hire 2 friends to cut it down. It would be better if you could just spend silver to cut them down. 3. One of the first missions is to view the map and go to the town it tells you too. You cannot access that town until your lvl 6. You shouldnt have a task pop up at the beginning of the game if you have to be lvl 6 before you can complete it. Again the over concept of this game is very nice and I do enjoy it but having to spend money or have a ton of friends who play gets really frustrating especially if you dont have Facebook or friends that play. If these issues could be addressed and fixed I think the games rating would drastically improve and more people would enjoy playing it.

The graphics and gameplay seemed to be novel and entertaining. BUT I was all of 10 minutes into starting the game and suddenly the only way to continue was to start paying for required parts of play or harassing Friends to start playing. We all know begging your friends to join a game is the fastest way to narrow down your friend list. Paying for or bugging friends for extra items or faster progression is standard. Demanding it from the beginning is not. Make it a paid app and I probably would have purchased it to play. Extorting me after I download a free app means it is quickly deleted.

It would be nice if I could send invites to my non-Facebook friends...
